Cayuga Counseling Services and the Children Impacted by Substance Abuse Program (CASA) seek to enable all individuals to improve the quality of their lives and to promote emotional health and well-being, with a special emphasis of providing services to children, young adults, and families victimized by crimes related to substance abuse and the opioid epidemic.

About the Program
CASA provides services to children, youth, and non-offending caregivers who are victimized as a result of substance abuse. Services are offered to any child up to the age of 18 and any non-offending caregiver that reside in Cayuga County.
Who Can Benefit?
Child is experiencing emotional, physical, or psychological harm due to familial crimes involving substance abuse;
Child and/or caregiver could benefit from therapy or the support of an advocate;
The child is at risk of, or has been, placed in the foster care system due to substance abuse;
Child is at risk of, or has, CPS involvement due to substance abuse.
